Camera Module Customization Solution
For surveillance IPC, video door entry, in-vehicle and special imaging scenarios, Hongyin Tech provides camera module customization: sensor & lens selection, ISP image tuning, and module-to-board integration. Platforms cover RV1126/RV1106 low-power IPC, RK3588 multi-camera AI and HiSilicon Hi3516/Hi3519 series, with starlight and wide-dynamic imaging options. Free requirement review with a recommended sensor list.
Pain Points
- Poor sensor-lens matching causes edge defocus or wrong field of view
- Severe noise in low light; over- and under-exposure coexist in wide dynamic scenes
- MIPI flex length and signal integrity issues break display init and force board respins
- Module, mainboard and enclosure debugging across vendors drags out root-cause cycles
- Lack of ISP tuning experience leads to poor image consistency across production batches
Recommended Hardware Configuration
| Platform options | RV1126 / RV1106 (low-power IPC), RK3588 (multi-camera + AI), HiSilicon Hi3516 / Hi3519 |
|---|---|
| Sensor selection | Recommended per scenario: starlight low-light, wide dynamic, large optical format, global shutter |
| Lens | Fixed/zoom, various FoV and mounts (M12 etc.), jointly validated with sensor |
| Interface & form | MIPI CSI / USB / Ethernet; bullet, dome or bare-board module forms |
| Illumination & mechanics | IR/white-light illumination, waterproof mechanics per enclosure requirements |

FAQ
Q:Can you provide evaluation samples?
Yes. Projects typically start with an imaging requirement review, followed by module samples for your own low-light and WDR testing; an imaging evaluation report accompanies the samples.
Q:Which sensors are supported? Can we specify the model?
Mainstream starlight, wide-dynamic and global-shutter sensor series are supported. We can adapt to your specified model, or recommend field-proven sensor-lens combos by scenario and cost.
Q:How is low-light performance guaranteed?
It starts with sensor selection (starlight, large optical format), then ISP denoising and gain strategy tuning, and is finally accepted by real low-light samples. Recommended configurations per illumination target are given in the requirement review.
Q:Our module volume is small — can you still do it?
Low-volume ordering is supported. For early-stage projects, we can also start from an existing module variant to control upfront investment, moving to full customization once requirements settle.
